You may like to know why I feel that I can support, guide, teach or help you.

I have had many life adventures, challenges and issues and have led a very full and engaging life. I have worked through many challenges; including addictions (drugs, alcohol and gambling), relationship breakdowns and separation, homelessness, fatherhood challenges (6 children!) vocational challenges (I left school with no qualifications), spiritual challenges and many other things.

By working with other professionals and with my own sense of empowerment and courage I have faced and overcome and/or moved on from these challenges and blockages in my life. I am now in a position where I have very strong, safe and healthy boundaries and am in a healthy loving and positively challenging marriage. I have lived and worked in several countries and within different cultures and have worked for many years with youth, men and women.

I work from 'The Studio' in Bangalow and also in towns and cities across Australia and overseas.

I offer my services in a professional, creative and holistic way to help you find and take control of your own life. I believe that every person has the capability and capacity to explore, find and utilize their own unique inner resources. By working, guiding or coaching you through whatever it is you are working with, I will help you on your journey to develop yourself to your full potential.

Whether you visit me in the Studio in Bangalow for a a counselling or psychotherapy session or spend a day with me in the bush or at one of my workshops or events, you will find that I work in a very professional and creative way for your Body, Mind, Soul and  Spirit.

I has been involved in Personal and Spiritual Development and Empowerment work for 20 years and bring a wide range of cutting edge and powerful experiences and skills from what I have learned, experienced, developed and created during this time. I am passionate about guiding and helping people to reach their true potential in life. I work with people in a very professional, fun and positively challenging, and safe way.

I am a qualified Psychophonetics counsellor and psychotherapist and adult educator and have many years of combined training, work and study in the area of Personal and Spiritual Development. These include Anthroposophy (a spiritual and education path inspired by Rudolf Steiner), Massage, Bio-dynamics, Meditation, Didgeridoo playing and teaching, Poetry and Drama, Nature study, and also working with Men and Youth. I am also an Author and creative Artist.

Arleen supports Adrian in 'The Conscious Life Development Foundation' as well as working with her own work as a teacher and therapist. Arleen is a qualified Psychophonetics counsellor and psychotherapist and is also a Life Alignment Technique teacher and practitioner. Arleen works with people to help and guide them to a place of personal empowerment and transformation. Working from her many years of experience she is able to guide people to a place within where they find the questions, answers and resources that they need to help them on their life's journey.

She has been working with Life Alignment for over 14 years and now, living in Australia, is able to bring her experience here. She originates from South Africa and moved to Australia in December 2006 after getting married to Adrian.

Together, Adrian and Arleen work with couples in private counselling sessions in their studio and  also co-facilitate their ‘Naked Truth’ workshops for couples who wish to deepen their relationships.
