With every story there is a beginning, a middle and an end. So, let's start at the beginning, and let's start it with a question.  I would like you to ask yourself this question  - Where am 'I' Right Now? (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).

By asking yourself this simple, yet profoundly deep question, you have your starting point. From this place you have an anchor, a foundation, a solid platform to work from. By asking yourself this question, Where am 'I' Right Now?, you can make positive new and more informed and powerful decisions in your life. From this place you can  move forward with more determination, courage, assurance, positivity and strength.

This question lays the foundation to all of my work - knowing where we are Right Now, in the present moment is the most powerful, empowering and conscious place that we can be in. Learning to be in this place of presence and learning how to stay there is a big part of the journey.

Learning how to be with ourselves in a clear, confident, conscious and authentic way is an amazing journey. Using this, and other techniques and tools that we use, will change the way that you live your life! From this new and empowered place you can unlock and reach your full potential in all that you do.

My passion is to support, encourage and positively challenge people to move onwards and upwards in life. I love to see people embracing life and step into their own unique power, creativity, goals and dreams. Whatever it is that you wish to do in life, I believe that you can achieve it. The first step is to ask yourself the question - Where am 'I' Right Now? and go from there.

I work from 'The Studio' in Bangalow, NSW and in towns and cities across Australia and overseas. I also work by phone and Skype right across the world giving you the opportunity to shift from where you are right now (physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually) to a better, more empowered and fulfilling place without leaving your home!

Before you read any further I would like to tell you about a few special events that are happening soon.

Where am 'I' Right Now? 3 day public intensive Friday 27th - Sunday 29th April in Byron Bay NSW.     A 3 day creative, empowering and positively challenging intensive for people who want to get more out of life, become more self-empowered and move on. Every week I write a short Blog. It follows the story of Little Adrian and Master Adrian and how I step in and out of them both, each day and each week.

I have 20  years of experience working with people in personal,professional and spiritual development and empowerment and always aim to work from a place of authenticity, professionalism and a deep inner wisdom.

I hold the view that the people that I meet and work with, have, somewhere deep within themselves, their own inner wisdom that knows exactly what they need to do at any given time. I see my role as being a coach, facilitator and/or trainer who holds up a mirror for people to look into and imagine and see themselves in their full future potential. From this place I know that people can achieve anything that they want to achieve. 

To help support people on their life journey I offer a wide range of holistic professional services for the body, mind, soul and spirit. These services include coaching, counselling and psychotherapy and facilitation and training. I work one to one, with couples, families and with small and large groups, companies and organisations.
